Holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Los Angeles, and possesses several professional certifications in credit management, debt restructuring, and anti-money laundering.

Work Experience

He is an expert in the banking and financial sector, with over 17 years of experience in strategic finance, governance, and credit portfolio management, with a particular focus on the oil and gas sectors.

Throughout his career, he has held various positions in which he supervised logistics and services operations and provided strategic direction to ensure sound governance and drive business development.

Mr. Al-Falbej previously held leadership positions at Boubyan Bank between 2019 and 2021, where he served as Senior Manager in the Acquisitions and Trading Management Department. Prior to that, he spent 12 years at Gulf Bank, managing corporate credit portfolios for major clients and contributing to the development of credit products and banking strategies.
