Al Mazaya has leasehold rights to two plots of industrial – zone land
totaling 27,605 sq.m. located at the Bahrain Investment Wharf (BIW).
The proposed development will create approximately 15,183 sq.m. of
leasable warehouse space in unit sizes begining at 250 sq.m.
Mazaya Logistics is located within the Salaman Industrial City, a special
economic zone comprised of three new industrial parks catering to
different segments of the logistics and industrial market. The Salaman
Industrial City is adjacent to the new deepwater Khalifa Bin Salaman
Port which was inaugurated in 2009.
