The Marina Mall shopping center in Lusail, Doha, is characterized not
only by its prime location in the centre of the Marina but especially

Mazaya Qatar Real Estate Development has signed a 30-year agreement
with the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community
Development to develop and manage the QR1 billion project.
Marina Mall will extend over 57,605 sq.m. spread on two floors in
addition to the ground floor, and accommodate facilities such as
hotels, commercial offices, residential units, entertainment venues and
playgrounds. Upon completion, Marina Mall will be one of the most
prestigious shopping centers in Qatar.
