Yammar Cultural Village is an artistic combination of land and sea,
symbolically connecting the past to the present. Yammar, or ‘the core
of the palm’ is a development that aims to be an undisputed oasis
of culture and tradition. The project is poised to become a regional
cultural hub, bringing varied art forms such as theatre, cinema, music,
and poetry.
Standing tall at the apex of the Arabian Gulf, the development
is spread across an area of 4.6 million sq.m. The project will be
segmented to include all the GCC countries, each having its own
distinctive architectural style with Kuwait in a central position. Apart
from the cultural and tourist facilities mentioned, the project will also
host residential, administrative and commercial complexes to form a
comprehensive live-work-play community.
