Neira Financial Hub is an idea presented by Al Mazaya to develop an
ambitious real estate project to turn Kuwait into a new financial center.
The project is inspired by the desire of the Amir of Kuwait, His Highness
Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, to turn Kuwait into a hub
that will attract many investments, both locally and internationally.
The conceptual project’s layout of mixed use facilities will create a
dynamic environment that will allow investors to capitalize of their
financial returns. The conceptual design is of an island that will be
situated in the heart of Kuwait Bay. It will be a geopolitical location
that will host a large attraction point. Neira will enhance Kuwait’s
existing coast and will surround a total area of 4.6 million sq.m.
