region’s leading Kuwait- based real estate development

held vision which is now becoming a reality, thanks in
no small part to the talent, expertise and commitment
of our excellent workforce, active board, and loyal
shareholders. Our dedicated and hard-working team
has driven our progress in a whole range of additional
Real Estate endeavours including purchasing,
ownership, selling of land, development of land and
handling the management of third party properties,
operations and investment.
Al Mazaya continues to experience a multitude of
positive outcomes resulting in a successful range of new
developments and achievements that further strengthen
our position as a leading shareholding company
working in the field of Real Estate Development in
the Middle East. Excellent progress in all areas of our
operations has resulted in an increase in profitability
per share and a rising total net profit, representing
huge improvements upon our past achievements.
Thinking big, creating value and carefully planning
smart objectives has led Al Mazaya to structured
and focused endeavours including research and
development, market understanding and operational
expansion. Our vision has allowed shareholder equity
to increase and total company assets to continue
growing, while our ambition has led to Al Mazaya
Holding Company receiving numerous awards and
