Our Dear Shareholders,
Happy New Year to you and a new year of achievements to Al Mazaya a year in which we hope the company will
continue the march of success and prosperity.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am pleased to welcome you again and to extend my deepest congratulations to you on the occasion of the great
success made by your company, by the grace of Allah the Almighty. This success serves as a fresh start towards further
progress and development.
It is my pleasure during this meeting to present to you our annual report for the fiscal year which ended on December
31 st 2015; this report contains honorable and unique achievements made during a period of economic and political
fluctuations, which the company was able to overcome thanks to its strategic planning, confidence and determination
of success.
Al Mazaya Holding was able to maintain a balanced growth in profit and balance sheet through entry into new
projects, completion of ongoing projects, and the regular delivery of existing projects.
Dear Shareholders,
We have made a series of administrative, operational and financial achievements during 2015 of which we all have
the right to be proud of. At the administrative level, Al Mazaya was able to launch the CRM software in Kuwait and
Dubai, and this unprecedented step means the establishment of a direct link for all sale, rent and customer service
operations between the parent Company and its subsidiaries. The company has also activated the first phase of the
accounting system “ERP” at the group level.
