The Waterfront development is located near the new Al Maktoum
International Airport, with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road, Jebel
Ali Free Zone. The artificial islands will resemble the most widely
recognized symbol of Islam- the star and crescent, creating a shelter
around the palm Jabel Ali.
The Waterfront adds more than 70 km to Dubai’s coastline and
encompass an area of 1.4 billion sq.ft. of water and land developments.
It is expected to house an estimated population of 1.5 million people.
The Waterfront is developed by Nakheel.
