ANNUAL REPORT 2018 40 M E D I C A L | H E A L T H Mazaya Clinic III is the third investment for AL Mazaya in the medical sector in Bneid Al-Gar in Kuwait. The project is fully designed on a land size of 4,000 m2 and consists of 25 floors to serve more than 72 clinics . The project reflects a world- class medical center featuring an array of specialties , laboratory , radiology unit with the latest medical technologies . The project has reached 70 % occupancy rate and expected to start operation by mid 2018. The work is going on in full-swing to equip the building and prepare it for receiving contracting doctors. Investment contracts have already been signed on the pharmacy area, radiology unit and coffee shop, which constitute the main elements to complete the operation of the building.
