ANNUAL REPORT 2018 38 Mazaya Clinic II is the second successful investment for AL Mazaya in the medical sector in Sabah Al Salem in Kuwait . The project is fully designed on a land size of 2,000 m 2 and consists of 17 floors to serve more than 40 clinics . The project reflects a superlative medical center featuring a range of specialties , laboratory , radiology unit with the state-of-the-art medical technologies. The project is fully completed , leased out , and handed over to the tenants of Kuwaiti doctors with a high reputation in the State of Kuwait and was licensed to a hospital integrated from the Ministry of Health «Wara Hospital».
