Mazaya Downtown spreads on an Area of 2,900 sqm and being in the center of the Financial & Investment Hub surrounded by key landmarks in Kuwait including Al Hamra Tower & NBK Headquarters,and many other prime Towers. The project schematic design phase has been completed by Gensler & PACE, integrated architecture, design, planning and consulting firms. The construction license has been obtained to be ready for construction work.The development is composed from three components, and incorporates a medical facility, an upscale 5 Stars hotel, and F&B outlets.
