Dear Shareholders,
Peace be upon you,
It is with great pleasure that I assure you our company has fulfilled a
considerable number of its well drafted goals in line with our strategy
and has further reaped the fruit of those achievements by virtue of the
efforts exerted by the executive team of the company. I would also, like to
extend special thanks to the Board Members for their prudent directions
contributing to the company’s success and its bright future ahead.
Distinguished Colleagues,
During 2014, Al Mazaya successfully met its objectives both internally
within the organization and broadly on external levels.
As for the external levels Al Mazaya has launched new real-estate services
managing other individual's and company's properties in the State of
Kuwait in line with the success Al Mazaya achieved in constructing,
operating and managing Clover Medical Centre at Al-Jabriyah, Al Ma'athar
Towers in Saudi Arabia and Sky Gardens Tower in Dubai where these
projects are almost 100% complete.
