Mr. Mohammad is currently the “Marketing Manager” for Al Hamra Real
Estate Co., responsible for marketing the commercial components of Al
Hamra Project. Also, He is currently a Board Member in AL Hamra Cinema
Co. Previously Al Othman was conducting Real Estate market research
and analysis in both the Retail as well as the office space segments for Al-
Jal Real-estate Services Co., Ajial Real Estate & Entertainment Co., and Al
Hamra Real Estate Co.

of Oregon-Eugene, Oregon, USA. He also has
an MBA degree from the Maastricht School of
Management, he has successfully completed the
10th session of the “ General Management Program”
at Harvard Business School.
Work Experience
He has over 12 years of professional experience. Mr. Al Ebrahim heads
the International Wealth Management Group of Global Investment House
Kuwait as Senior Vice President, where he had played a major role in
increasing assets under management and been an active participant to
establish one of the leading wealth management groups in the region.
He was mandated in early 2010 as Acting CEO of Global Investment House
– Saudi for the first half of the year were he was able to downstream the
operation in the kingdom and position the company in the Saudi market and
played a major role in increasing AUM and revenue of the Saudi operation.
Mr. Al-Ebrahim began his career with Global in the Marketing Department.
Later on, he pursued Business Development positions in the Investment
Funds Department focused on Alternative Investments including Hedge
Funds, Real Estate Funds and Private Equity. Prior to joining Global, Mr.
Al-Ebrahim worked in a semi-government institution for approximately two
years. In addition, he is a member of numerous boards of directors in the
financial and real estate arenas. His board memberships include Al-Mazaya
Holding Company, Kuwait as Vice Chairman; First Securities Brokerage
Company S.A.K., Kuwait; Al Salam Bank, Bahrain; Investment House, Qatar
and Global Investment House – Saudi, and Investment Committee member
in Macro Fund.

Abdulaziz holds a double major degree in Business
Administration majoring in Information Systems &
E-Commerce from the University of Toledo, USA
and is currently completing his MBA program at
London Business School.
Work Experience
Mr. Abdulaziz Al Loughani is currently a Vice President of the Private Equity
Group at Global Investment House “Global” and has played a major role
in managing key investments within the Private Equity Group of Global
by handling various assignments on corporate restructuring, business
planning, deal sourcing, IPOs, M&As, due diligence reports and exit
strategies. Abdulaziz currently serves as a member of board on a number of
companies within the MENA region including Al Manar Financing & Leasing
Co. (Kuwait), Bank Muscat International (Bahrain), Model Restaurants Co.
(Jordan), Ajlan & Bros. Co. (KSA) and other committee memberships in the
region. Abdulaziz was also the Managing Partner for two years of 6alabat.
com until June 2010. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Al Mazaya
Holding Company “Mazaya” and is also a member of the Board Audit,
Investment and Remuneration Committees of Mazaya.

Has been with Global Investment House for 6 years. Started working with
the Corporate Desk handling VIP clients in Kuwait before moving to the
International Wealth Management group. Also responsible in helping
to establish Global Saudi Arabia. Currently heading the Asia team in
International Wealth Management as well as being the Acting CEO for
Shurooq Investment Services in Oman. Also a board member of Mayadeen.
